Recipe #2: Banana-Cinnamon-Oatmeal
For brekky today I had a tasty warm banana-cinnamon-oatmeal. I'm just in love with oats. For me breakfast is one of the most important meal of the day. After the night I'm pretty hungry and need to give my body some clean carbs for the day. Therefore oats are my first choice.
Ingredients:
half mashed banana30g rolled oats
cinnamon
150 ml warm water
some dried raisins and cranberries
150g greek yoghurt
a few sunflower seeds
Put a half banana in a bowl and mash it. Than throw 30g rolled oats and a handful dried cranberries and raisins in the bowl. Put some cinnamon according to how much you like cinnamon over it. Fill up with warm water about 150 ml. Mix everything and put it in the microwave for 2 min. Afterwards top it with 150g of greek yoghurt and some shortly pan-roasted sunflower seeds. Yummy - so delicious and filling.
