Recipe #4 Cottage Cheese Oatmeal
I have to admit that I did't eat 100% clean the last week. I was just inconsequent and ate a lot of white crabs. NOT GOOD!!!! So I made a decision last night: the next following 30 days I will eat totally clean. I'm going to document this here and my blog with pics of food and workouts.
And now the recipe to on of my favorite oatmeals. I added some cottage cheese to increase the portein level and it is so yummy ;-)
Ingredients:
30g rolled oatshalf mashed banana
raisins
cinnamon
200g cottage cheese
hot water
Mash the banana in a bowl and put oats, raisins, cinnamon on top of it. Mix everything with some hot water together and put it in the microwave for 1-2 min. Than mix the cottage cheese with the rest in the bowl. You do not have to use a half banana if you don't like bananas. I use the banana for a sweet taste. So you can replace the banana with some stevia. I always throw some roasted sunflower seeds over the oatmeal cause I love the smoked taste of them.
