Chocolate-Cinnamon-Pancakes

Recipe #3: Chocolate-Cinnamon-Pancakes


This morning I just wanted to eat some fluffy clean pancakes. So I tried a new recipe by my own with my new extreme milk chocolate whey (Optimum Nutrition) and it was so delicious. You have to try it.

Ingredients:


30g rolled oats
20g protein powder
2 egg whites
50g greek yoghurt
cinnamon
some stevia
baking powder
and a little bit water for the consistency

Put first all the dry ingredients in the blender and than mix all the wet ones inside. Then blend everything. Check the consistency if it is to thick put in a little bit water. Afterwards bake the dough in the pan. The dough was enough for 6 medium six pancakes.
